As mentioned earlier this year (2015), this is the year of action and so change. With situations and people changing all around us, it’s a challenging time. Resistance to change can be clearly seen, though not necessarily recognised or acknowledged, by certain bad habits or behaviour patterns. Do you recognise or relate to any of these:

√ Check that your energy centres (chakras) are clear
√ Daily journaling to get clarity and quieten the mind chatter
√ Note any negative phrases, counteract them with a positive
√ Regular grounding, anchoring exercises

√ Give yourself an incentive be it a gold star, special treat or shopping trip
√ Ask for and accept help
