How do I know which therapy to choose from?

On your first appointment there is a medical history to complete and time to discuss what you’d like from the treatment and what therapy you want. It may be that a mixture of therapies would suit you best on that particular day or that you’ve changed your mind on the day from what you wanted when you booked your appointment.

I’m there to advise you what may work best for you at any one time. We can agree on the treatment when you make the appointment or see what’s needed on the day. You’ll be able to make an informed choice once we’ve discussed where you’re at.

How often should I have a treatment?The frequency of appointments depends on your reason for coming and we’ll know the answer by the end of your first appointment.  If you’ve not received any treatments for a long time or have been under a lot of stress recently,you’ll probably need to come once a week for 3-4 weeks and then review the situation.

Do you do gift vouchers?Gift vouchers are available upon request.  They make an excellent and original gift. 

Do you give workshops?My self-help workshops are a hands-on learning experience and have always been much enjoyed. Cancellation policy

For late cancellations and missed appointments:

If you need to cancel your appointment please give at least 24 hours notice as this allows time for others to make arrangements for an appointment. Missed appointments and cancellations within 24 hours will be invoiced at the full rate unless your spot is filled.  Exceptions to the late cancellation charge are for pregnant clients going into labour – if possible please can your partner to email or text me to let me know. There are other times when circumstances are beyond our control, and a cancellation charge is not appropriate, so please get in touch and we can rearrange your booking.
