What coaching can offer you

Coaching is a space for insight, reflection, and growth. It may help you:

  • Clarify what truly matters to you
  • Understand patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and reactions
  • Identify what’s holding you back from achieving your goals
  • View challenges from a fresh and empowering perspective
  • Find calm and clarity beyond the noise and drama
  • Gives you a partner to talk thing through and help you to find answers

Are you ready for coaching?

Ask yourself:

  • Am I ready to make a change in my life?
  • Can I commit time and energy to myself?
  • Do I want to aim higher and explore what’s possible?
  • Am I open to growth and personal development?

If you answered yes, coaching may be the next step for you.

What I ask from you

To get the most from coaching, I invite you to:

Why choose me?

Where do you begin when your career has been a journey in itself?

Over the past 46 years, my working life has taken many paths, each one adding depth, perspective, and experience. For the last 25 years, I’ve been self-employed, focusing on health and wellbeing through complementary therapies and a wide range of supportive tools.

Much of my work has been with people experiencing stress-related challenges that were impacting their health and quality of life. Others came to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lacking clarity about their next steps. Alongside this, I’ve had the privilege of supporting over 150 clients through their fertility and pregnancy journeys—work that continues to be deeply meaningful to me.

Earlier in my career, I worked extensively in the travel industry, both in offices and on the ground in France and Italy. My roles spanned business travel, bespoke tailor-made tours, and hotel barging. Hotel barging, in particular, was a unique and formative experience—one that saw me learning to drive a bus, acting as a tour guide (sometimes bilingually), managing multicultural crews, and working closely with American guests. It taught me adaptability, communication, leadership, and the importance of meeting people where they are.

All of these experiences—across wellbeing, travel, leadership, and personal support—shape how I work today. They allow me to bring empathy, practicality, and a broad perspective to my coaching practice.
