This workshop is for professional reflexologists only.
I’ve been training and working in the field of complimentary therapies since 1989 and this is the culmination of the connections between different modalities I have experienced to date. We live in an interconnected world and I feel that these workshops clearly demonstrate that.
My therapy training includes massage, reflexology, vibrational sound healing, energy healing, polarity therapy to name but a few.
Here we’ll be looking at working on the feet and connecting the 5 elements (Indian) to the organs and systems of the body.
Lots of practical exercises and hands on feet time as that is for me the best way to learn a touch therapy. Also time to discuss and share your experiences as well as ask questions.
For those of you who have not worked with energy before, this is a great introduction, for those of you already familiar with working with energy, this workshop aims to expand your knowledge and experience.
You’ll be learning, experimenting, sharing and expanding your knowledge throughout the 2 days.
We’ll be discovering:
Grounding or anchoring – essential for keeping connected to the earth and for improving your intuition
Protection – here you’ll get to learn the signs for when people are not protected and experience the difference when you are
Connecting to the universal energy – learn how to use the universal energy rather than your own, there no symbols to learn
Sensing energy – people sense energy in different ways, each sense is as good as another
Connected reflexology – time to ‘play’ on the feet and learn about the micro touch
Brazilian Toe Hold – here we’ll learn this excellent technique and then take it as far as it can go
The five elements – what they are and how they relate to the different parts of the body and the feet
Direct somatic replication – a view of the body on the feet
